One of the most important things to remember when visiting your doctor’s office or the hospital is to be prepared.
You will need to bring your current insurance cards, photo ID and the medications you take. Most people carry a list of their medications, but changes may not get recorded. It is important that each of your healthcare providers knows all the medications you take including strength of medication and dosage directions. It is also important for your surgeon to know about all over-the-counter medications, vitamins and herbal supplements you take.
During office hours, our physicians are busy seeing other patients. However, you are welcome to leave your name, number and the purpose of your call and one of the doctors will return your call.

• ask the necessary questions to establish your medical records, and prepare your chart.
• explain the practice’s policies regarding prescriptions, refills, financial responsibility, etc.
• obtain information regarding your insurance coverage to assist us in filing a proper claim for you.
