Prescriptions are refilled Monday through Friday. Please call our office from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and give the receptionist the refill information. She will then give the message to the nurse who will refill it or call you if she needs information after she has discussed the refill with the physician.
NOTE: Because a doctor different from the doctor who prescribed your medication may be on call and may not be familiar with your case we have implemented this prescription refill policy.
During office hours, our physicians are busy seeing other patients. However, you are welcome to leave your name, number and the purpose of your call and one of the doctors will return your call.

Our answering service receives calls after office hours and immediately refers emergencies to the "on-call" physicians, who will return your call and arrange to see you, night or day.

As a new patient we will need additional time to prepare for your visit to the doctor, therefore, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. You will be greeted and referred to a patient relations representative who will spend some time with you and will:
• ask the necessary questions to establish your medical records, and prepare your chart.
• explain the practice’s policies regarding prescriptions, refills, financial responsibility, etc.
• obtain information regarding your insurance coverage to assist us in filing a proper claim for you.
