To login to Bayside Orthopaedic, click the Login [0] link at the top right corner of the screen. Only employees of Bayside Orthopaedic may login to the site. You should have already received an e-mail at the address the office has on file with instructions for logging in. Please check your junk mail if you have not received the e-mail.
If you already have an account, type your username and password. If you do not have an account, click Create new account. For the username, use the first letter of your first name with your full last name – no capitals, spaces, or punctuation (e.g., jdoe). For the e-mail address, enter an address to which you have regular access. If it is not on file at the office, make sure you inform the office manager so that your account can be approved. You must also enter your full name and position at Bayside Orthopaedic in the indicated boxes. Once you click "Create new account," you will receive an e-mail with further instructions. (Again, check your junk mail if you do not receive the e-mail.) Your account will be pending administrator approval. This may take up to a few days. If you still cannot log in, please click the contact [0] link and select the category "Website Issues" from the drop-down list.
Once you are able to log in, you must change your password immediately. Click "Edit" at the top of your User Account [0] to enter your new password. A good password includes both lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as numbers or symbols. It should not be something someone can easily guess just by knowing you. Write down your password in a safe place.
If you have a valid user account, but you have forgotten your password, click the link Request new password on the login page. You must enter the username or e-mail address you used to register for your account. You will receive instructions by e-mail. Please login immediately and change your password after logging in by clicking on the Edit button of your User Account [0] page.
If you have problems or questions with the login process, please contact the website administrator by using the contact [0] form and selecting the category "Website Issues" from the drop-down list.
